About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor (Clinic Diaries), you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, gather information in line with company policies and GDPR, and book appointments while accurately recording patient data. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will enhance overall customer satisfaction. Working hours for this role are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm
