Job description
Business Coordinator & Junior PA Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire Salary: £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience Working pattern: Hybrid – minimum three days per week in person Travel: Occasional travel to Central London Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to a car Are you confident, highly organised and naturally driven? Are you the kind of person who spots what needs doing—and makes it happen? We are recruiting a Business Coordinator & Junior PA to work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur and Managing Director of a growing consultancy. This is a varied and influential role combining business coordination, operational support, reporting, systems administration and personal assistance. You will act as the Managing Director’s eyes and ears across the business, helping to connect sales, marketing, project delivery and operations. You will need to be confident working with different personalities, comfortable holding people accountable and able to turn conversations into clear actions and results. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious coordinator or junior PA who wants greater responsibility and exposure to how a growing business operates.
