Outgoing, confident and good with people? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support brand campaigns and customer acquisition activity across Manchester. This is a people-focused, sales-driven marketing role where you’ll be representing brands, engaging customers and helping drive results directly. What you’ll be doing As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be involved in the delivery of live campaigns, including: * Representing client brands and promoting current campaigns * Engaging with customers and creating positive, memorable interactions * Explaining products and offers in a clear and confident way * Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness activity * Working towards individual and team performance targets * Contributing to a motivated, high-energy team environment What we’re looking for * Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people * Positive attitude with a strong work ethic * Target-driven and motivated by performance * Strong communication and people skills * A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, social environment * Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Backgrounds in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service are helpful, but attitude is key.
