Job description
A high-achieving academy in Birmingham needs an organised Data & Exams Manager. This is a dual-focus role: you’ll manage the entire examination cycle while also ensuring the school’s student data is accurate and useful for teachers. It’s a role that requires total precision and the ability to work under pressure, especially during the busy summer term. The School Environment This is a school where routines are followed, allowing the focus to stay on achievement. The leadership team treats staff as valued peers and will give you the resources and space you need to manage the exams and data office professionally. It’s a friendly, well-ordered community where hard work is noticed and appreciated. Requirements Essential: Previous experience managing exams or high-level data in a secondary school. Essential: Advanced Excel skills and experience with school MIS systems. Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ). Someone who is exceptionally organized and comfortable working to strict deadlines. Salary and Benefits Full-time, permanent role.
