Job Responsibilities as a Mental Health Support Worker Provide 1:1 emotional and mental health support to students experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, and other emotional difficulties. Support small groups through wellbeing activities designed to develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and social skills. Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement individual support plans and strategies that promote students' mental health and wellbeing.
