Earn between £14.06 and £22.49/hr with weekly pay aligned to public sector rates Enjoy flexible shift patterns across days, lates, long days, and night shifts Take advantage of up to 39 days holiday and an enhanced mileage allowance Get a free uniform and access to an Employee Assistance Programme with free counselling Earn £300 per successful referral with our uncapped Refer-a-Friend scheme Access high street discounts and ongoing career development with a dedicated consultant What you'll bring: Active NISCC Registration and NVQ Level 3 in a care-related subject Valid UK Driving Licence Safeguarding Level 2 and Advanced CPI / Safety Interventions training Proven experience supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours What you'll do: Build positive, trusting relationships with young people while following personalised care guidelines. Assist with everyday life - from personal care routines and meals to safe medication management. Stand by young people during tough moments, using proactive techniques to safely defuse distress and challenging situations.
