You will be adaptable, organised and passionate about helping young people succeed, whether supporting learning, encouraging positive behaviour or contributing to the wider life of the academy. The academy offers a broad curriculum alongside a range of enrichment opportunities, with a strong focus on preparing students for further education, employment and life beyond school. The school provides a supportive team culture where staff work collaboratively to make a positive difference to the lives of young people. The school is easily accessible from Scunthorpe, Bottesford, Ashby, Brigg and the surrounding North Lincolnshire areas.
