Sous Chef fresh food pub package to £46,000 live in available
A lovely contemporary pub with a lively bar, popular restaurant, and beautiful garden for the warmer months. Currently they are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
The Sous Chef will have plenty of opportunity to contribute to the menus, cooking with fresh ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area. The menus change daily so you can make the most of the seasonal Kent produce. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so plenty of opportunity to get creative with the menus.

The ideal candidate will be a great team player, have excellent communication skills and enjoy building a committed brigade to work alongside them. Attention to detail to deliver outstanding quality food and service, being proud of your role and wanting to take the pub to the next level will be essential
You will be an enthusiastic, motivated Sous Chef who has already worked in a similar role within the industry, or you could be a strong Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef position.
