Bank Healthcare Assistant
The role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Surgical ward and Day unit . Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.
The ward and day unit ] are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. You’ll be valued for your skills and expertise and given lots of opportunity to develop, because at Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset.
Where you’ll be based
Mount Stuart Hospital is one of Devon's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. The hospital opened in 1984 and has 26 bedrooms all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy.
By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip, knee and ankle replacements.
What you’ll bring with you
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer services skills
Be a highly motivated individual
Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
Great communication skills
Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
