What youll be doing:
Youll have a dual role combining practical tasks with admin support including:
Carrying out routine medical screening tests (such as hearing vision ECG height/weight BMI lung function and urine tests)
Preparing and managing medical paperwork and checking candidate ID
Accurately recording results on paper and systems
Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies
Completing general admin tasks such as filing scanning photocopying and responding to emails
You dont need a medical background well train you. Were looking for someone who is:
Confident using IT systems and happy working with databases
Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
Able to follow set processes and instructions
Comfortable carrying out physical checks on potential recruits
Desirable qualification/skills/experience
Experience within a medical environment is desirable
Familiarity with the army would be an advantage
