Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondenceManaging diaries, emails and telephone enquiriesPrinting, scanning, copying and file managementMaintaining electronic and paper filing systemsLiaising with lawyers, clients and internal support teamsProviding administrative support across the wider legal support function when required
About You:
Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environmentFast and accurate typing skills (70wpm preferred)Advanced Microsoft Word skills with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPointExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and communication skillsProactive, flexible and client-focused approach
