Sister Charge Nurse Bath Clinic 37.5 Hours & Permanent (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Overview Sister Charge Nurse - Bath Clinic - 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £48,500.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Duties Of This Role Include * Provide hands‑on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients. * Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care. * Promote high standards of nursing practice through supervision, coaching, and role modelling. * Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met. * Support the development, appraisal, and competency assessment of junior nurses, HCAs, and students. * Contribute to the induction and ongoing development of new staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies. Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria * Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration. * Significant post‑registration experience in an acute or relevant specialty. * Experience in leading and supervising a team within a clinical environment. * Strong clinical decision‑making, communication, and coordination skills. * Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional development. * Mentorship / Practice Assessor qualification. * Leadership or management training (or willingness to undertake). * Experience in audit, service improvement, or quality assurance projects. * Familiarity with private healthcare systems and governance frameworks.
