We want our workforce to be representative of the communities we serve, and were committed to creating places where people feel valued, represented, connected and able to thrive. Weve already made significant progress on our Equality and Inclusion journey, but theres more to do. Were looking for an experienced EDI and Belonging professional to help turn good intentions into meaningful action, ensuring we meet our legal obligations while creating workplaces and communities where people genuinely feel they belong. This is an opportunity to shape the future of inclusion at ClwydAlyn and help deliver one of our key commitments: Our pledge to Tai Pawbs Deeds, Not Words. Ultimately, youll help ensure inclusion isnt something we talk about occasionally - its something reflected in how we work, lead, listen and make decisions every day. What Were Looking For Were keen to hear from people who: * Have significant experience leading EDI work at a strategic level * Can translate legislation, regulation and best practice into meaningful action * Are confident influencing senior leaders and challenging constructively when needed * Understand how data and insight can drive better outcomes * Have experience developing and implementing EDI strategies, frameworks or action plans * Can build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders * Are passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and communities * Balance empathy and compassion with credibility and professional expertise Youll have strong knowledge of equality legislation and regulatory requirements, but just as importantly, youll understand how to move organisations beyond compliance and towards genuine inclusion. Why ClwydAlyn? Our goal is simple: Together, we will end poverty. We know that creating sustainable, vibrant communities starts with understanding and reflecting the needs of the people who live in them. We want to build communities where people feel connected to one another, have opportunities to contribute, and experience a genuine sense of belonging. This role will play a critical part in helping us achieve that ambition. Inclusion isnt a standalone initiative here. Its fundamental to how we work, how we design our services, how we listen to residents and how we support our colleagues. Were proud of the progress weve made, but were also honest that theres more to do. Thats why were looking for someone who shares our ambition and wants to help shape what comes next. Our values of Trust, Hope and Kindness guide everything we do, and were committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive. Everyone is welcome Were committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. We actively encourage applications from people from all backgrounds, experiences and communities. We particularly welcome applications from people whose voices and lived experiences are currently underrepresented within our sector. Because building a more inclusive organisation starts with ensuring everyone has the opportunity to be part of it. J-18808-Ljbffr
