What you’ll be doing: This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) The role will involve: Answering inbound calls in a professional, friendly and reassuring manner Speaking with prospective clients to understand their needs Making follow-up calls to prospective clients Providing updates during the early stages of a client's journey Directing enquiries to the appropriate team Building trust and rapport with clients Helping clients feel welcomed, listened to and supported from the moment they get in touch, ensuring they receive an outstanding, positive customer service experience Providing r...
