Offering a vibrant, collaborative culture, they have built a strong reputation for technical expertise and high-quality service.The RoleWorking directly within the engineering department under the guidance of Senior and Principal Engineers, you will work on a wide variety of civil and geotechnical projects. You will receive structured training, learning how to take complex engineering challenges and turn them into practical, real-world solutions.
  • Producing geotechnical design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Reading technical drawings to interpret client and site requirements.
  • Learning to use and update the internal CRM system (A-Cloud) to track project progress.
  • Communicating directly with consultant engineers, architects, and civil contractors to discuss designs and recommend technical solutions.
  • Building your technical capabilities with structured support as you work towards full professional chartership.
The IndividualWe are looking for enthusiastic grads who are eager to learn and keen to build a long-term career in geotechnical engineering. You should have:
  • A BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational skills and the motivation to manage your own workload within a team setting.
  • Clear communication skills for speaking with clients and external engineers.
  • 1-2 years of placement or post-grad engineering experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • You must have, or be able to obtain, the right to work in the UK. We are not currently a licensed visa sponsor.
