Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outpatient and pre-assessment services while ensuring every patient receives exceptional care throughout their journey. The Role * Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within the outpatient setting. * Undertake comprehensive pre-operative assessments for a variety of surgical specialties. * Support consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team during clinics and procedures. * Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards. * Promote patient safety and contribute to continuous quality improvement. * Provide education, reassurance and support to patients and their families. About You * Current NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) registration. * Previous experience working within an Outpatients or Pre-Assessment department. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * A flexible, proactive and compassionate approach to patient care. * A commitment to delivering exceptional clinical standards.
