About Us

KPMG is recognised as a leading advisor in healthcare transformation, helping healthcare organisations realise value from digital investment and modernise the delivery of care through technology-enabled change.

We support national healthcare organisations, Integrated Care Systems, NHS Trusts and independent providers to define digital strategies, deliver complex transformation programmes and maximise value from digital technologies. Our services span digital strategy, cyber resilience, Electronic Patient Record (EPR) transformation, technology deployment, adoption and optimisation, operating model design, workforce transformation, productivity improvement and benefits realisation.

As healthcare organisations become increasingly dependent on digital technologies, cyber resilience is now central to safe care delivery, operational continuity and public trust. We help clients navigate DSPT-CAF, healthcare cyber regulation, cyber risk management and assurance requirements, ensuring digital technologies are deployed securely, governed effectively and able to deliver measurable value.

The Team – Digital Health

The Cyber and Digital Health team is an integral part of KPMG's Technology & Data practice and works closely with colleagues across Cyber Strategy and Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Transformation and Enterprise Solutions to deliver holistic solutions to healthcare organisations.

Our team supports clients throughout the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy and business case development through technology deployment, adoption, optimisation and benefits realisation. We work across some of the largest and most complex healthcare transformation programmes in the UK, including EPR-enabled transformation, healthcare productivity improvement, digital operating model transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Ambient Voice Technology (AVT), Virtual Care, Remote Monitoring and Advanced Analytics.

We are keen to recruit talented people who have the energy and drive to succeed in a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector and who are passionate about improving healthcare through digital innovation.

The team works in an agile and flexible manner, with significant opportunities to develop new skills, gain exposure to senior healthcare leaders and build expertise across a wide range of healthcare technologies and transformation methodologies.

Summary of role purpose

As an Assistant Manager specialising in Digital Health Technology Adoption and Change, you will help healthcare organisations maximise value from digital investments by ensuring technologies are not only implemented, but adopted, embedded and used effectively by frontline teams.
