Job description
# About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Demonstrable experience in a general maintenance or building handyperson role 2. Basic skills across multiple trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, decorating) 3. Practical knowledge of safe working practices and health and safety regulations 4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and complete a variety of tasks 5. IT literate use of iPad / SharePoint / Emails / MS Teams / CAFM reporting **Desirable criteria** 1. Relevant trade qualification or certification (e.g. basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry) 2. IPAF/PASMA qualified 3. Previous experience in a multi-site or large-scale institution (e.g. university, school, hospital) 4. Awareness of statutory compliance elements (e.g. legionella control, emergency light checks, PAT testing) 5.
