ORIDA Maidstone is located less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone with easy access to the M20. With 146 bedrooms a quality restaurant, lounge, bar, starbucks coffee hub, gym and converence and events centre the hotel is perfect for the comfort of all guests whatever the occasion.
The main role of the Junior Sous Chef is to organize kitchen operations and prepare and serve a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade and promote the desired work culture. In this role, you will help lead and develop the team and deputize for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
