# About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Meet apprentice standards criteria for the program 2. IT literate – use of iPad / MS Teams / Emails 3. Flexible attitude and team player 4. Understanding of general health and safety requirements 5. Willingness to learn and develop 6. Excellent customer service skills **Desirable criteria** 1. Maths Level 2 2.
