Job description

We are Anthony Nolan. We unite people and science – matching stem cell donors to those in need of transplants and treatments and growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone can find the lifesaving match they need.

Thanks to Shirley and Anthony Nolan, our register of almost a million potential donors, our cell and gene therapy research and our expertise in stem cell transplants, we currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live.

Driven by patients, backed by stem cell donors, and powered by science, we won’t stop until we’ve unlocked the cures, treatments and transplants that will transform the future for more patients. And together, we can reach the remarkable day where every patient who needs us can not only survive, but thrive.

If you're inspired by this vision, and feel you have the skills and experience we need to help achieve it, we'd love you to join our lifesaving team.

We are looking for a Register Experience Coordinator to join our Register Development team.

Title: Register Experience Coordinator

Salary: £29,355 per annum

Contract: Fixed-term, 18 months

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our Register Experience team and help engage the 946,000 potential donors on the Anthony Nolan stem cell register. In this role, you will support efforts to ensure our donors are informed, connected, and ready to donate should they be identified as a match for a patient.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering sector-leading engagement and stewardship. You will help create meaningful experiences that make our register community feel valued and supported, nurturing relationships from joining the register through to long-term commitment and advocacy. Through your work, you will help build a community of donors who are ready and motivated to save lives when needed.

You will need:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience of data analysis and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work to deadlines.

• Good personal relationship and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrable organisational skills in a similar role and ability to prioritise during busy periods.

What’s in it for you?

  • A competitive salary

  • 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, access to counselling via a 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme

  • A stimulating work environment full of opportunities to learn and develop

  • Life Assurance of four times annual salary

  • Travel season ticket loan, Cycle to work Scheme

  • And more! (further details on our Life at Anthony Nolan page)

Please check out the full job description here, and you can read more about what to expect on the Our recruitment process page.

Please note: We encourage you to apply as soon as possible – this advert may close early if we receive a high volume of strong applications.
