Baxterstorey are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at One Wood Street,

One Wood Street, is one of our blue chip cooperate sites, providing retail, hospitality and fine dining.

We are looking for a personable individual to join our Kitchen team as Chef de Partie. You will work primarily within retail but with opportunity to support in hospitality and fine dining also.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract

• Monday - Friday plus paid overtime
• Annual Salary: 32K plus overtime

Key Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
