Job description
Conveyancing Secretary, Newry, Up to £30k Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join a busy and established legal practice. This role would suit a candidate with previous conveyancing experience who is looking for a full time opportunity. Part time hours may also be considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing team Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records Carrying out general administrative duties to support the team Essential Skills Previous experience working within a conveyancing department is essential Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and terminology Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Whats on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full time position, with part time hours considered Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to join a well-established legal practice At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
