We are currently looking for a passionate Head Chef, to join our Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Proven track record of success within 2 AA Rosette and 3 AA Rosette restaurants, with experience in a five-star luxury hotel environment highly desirable. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Head Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Leading all kitchen operations and maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards with a view to strive towards 3 AA Rosettes
Developing innovative, seasonal menus and signature dishes.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
Driving quality, consistency, and excellence across all service periods.
Managing daily food and labour costs and operational performance.
Working closely with senior hotel leadership to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
