Job Description
We are recruiting for an Established Dealer Group who have a requirement for a Workshop Manager to join their busy prestige franchise dealership in Nottingham.
Are you a great team leader with exceptional inter-personal skills? Are you ready to take things to the next level?
This role would ideally suit someone already working as a Workshop Manager or Workshop Controller, however an experienced senior Service Advisor would be considered.
The successful candidate will have to:
You will need to have experience of all aspects of main dealer workshop control and ideally Kerridge experience. To fit in well in a busy and friendly team and work hard to build a liaison between the front of house and the workshop.
They are offering a £45k OTE and a host of other benefits.

You will need to be able to show previous experience in increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency in a dealership environment The successful applicant will be a strong leader; with good people management skills.
