✅ Starting pay of £13.95 per hour
✅ Increased rate of £14.86 per hour after 12 weeks
✅ Potential earnings of up to £17.09 per hour on rotating shifts
✅ 15% shift allowance when working rotating shifts

As a Site Labourer, you'll be an essential part of the operation, helping to keep production areas running efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.
You'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing teams, moving materials and finished goods, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.
Monday to Thursday
Enjoy a regular three-day weekend as standard!
⚠️ To support future business growth, there may be a transition to rotating morning and afternoon/evening shifts, so flexibility is important.
