School Administrator (SIMS/Arbor Records, Student Admissions & Reception)
Full-time, permanent position (Term-Time Only + 2 Weeks) | September start
Our client is seeking a customer-focused, organized School Administrator to join their busy main office team from September. This role forms the central hub of school communication, supporting parents, academic staff, external visitors, and senior leadership with daily administrative workflows.
Key responsibilities include managing student attendance data on SIMS/Arbor, processing new admissions and student transfers, answering telephone inquiries, assisting with school trip logistics, and managing general administrative filing and correspondence. You will ensure high levels of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive student records and safeguarding information.

Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role (school office background strongly preferred)
Complete confidence using school databases (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) alongside MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor
Strong understanding of confidentiality, GDPR guidelines, and basic educational safeguarding procedures
