You will be at the heart of our commercial decision-making, using insight, analytics and market intelligence to optimise pricing, maximise occupancy and influence revenue performance across hundreds of hotels.
You will also identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and help ensure our pricing strategies deliver the right outcomes for both our customers and the business. Working as the senior specialist within the Pricing & Events team, you will take ownership of pricing governance, support major trading decisions and help steer priorities across a fast-paced commercial environment.
While this isn't a people management position, you'll act as the deputy to the Pricing & Events Manager, providing guidance, coordinating workloads and helping the team deliver against key business priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Data Science and Technology, helping to shape new pricing approaches, improve processes, enhance automation and support the evolution of our revenue management capabilities. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background, excellent data literacy and past experience of using tools such as Power BI and Databricks to uncover insights and drive action.
You will be confident managing competing priorities, making informed judgement calls, influencing stakeholders and promoting best practice across a high-performing team.
