Chartered Building Surveyor – Birmingham My client is a growing property consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, gaining a clear understanding of their objectives and helping deliver tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including property agents, managing agents, solicitors, and other industry professionals, providing an excellent platform to expand both local and national networks.
This position is suited to a Chartered Surveyor with solid experience across both professional and project work, including:
Dilapidations (surveying and negotiation)
Planned preventative maintenance programmes
Contract administration and project management
Statutory compliance and building regulations
