Due to expansion, we are looking for experienced paediatric and adults complex care nurses to join our clinical team.

Empowering U Healthcare is a specialist provider of complex, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives in their own homes. We are a nurse-led organisation committed to compassion, dignity, and high-quality care.

Hours: Day hours are 08:00am- 17:00pm.
Pay: £35.00 per hour

About The Role

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

You will have clinical oversight for a caseload of packages:

  • Care planning and risk assessments – existing and new packages of care
  • New package assessments and clinical mobilisation tasks
  • Risk management
  • Clinical training and competency sign off
  • Facilitating clinical supervision
  • Collaborative working with other professionals in the MDT

Essential Requirements:

✔ Registered Paediatric and Adults Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

✔ PICU experience (essential)

✔ Strong communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach

✔ Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

✔ Enhanced DBS clearance

Required Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills for documentation
  • Enhanced DBS required
  • Do you have a valid NMC pin

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with children or complex needs preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle preferred
