We're currently recruiting a dedicated Tea Time Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.As a Tea Time Assistant (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.

Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleaguesTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all timesTo demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectationsTo maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniquesTo accept payment and give change to customers, including operating a tillTo acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choiceTo actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.Role holders will be required to have an understanding of safeguarding issues and know how to report and escalate any concerns that may ariseOur ideal Tea Time Assistant will:Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as requiredBe prepared to attend all relevant training sessions and meetingsTo promote Compass Group and maintain a positive company image100% attendance and implementation of skills learnedCan do attitudeAs part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
