We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and proactive People Adviser to join our People Team. You’ll work closely with managers and key stakeholders across the organisation, providing practical HR advice and support on a wide range of people matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and wellbeing.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone with strong generalist HR experience who enjoys building positive working relationships, providing practical advice and balancing competing priorities. You’ll be confident managing a busy and varied workload, using your judgement to find practical solutions and delivering a high-quality People service.

Location: Grampian Housing Association, Aberdeen Office.
Salary: £42,698.00 - £43,586.00 Appointment will be at the lower point, with progression to the upper point subject to satisfactory completion of 12 months’ service and effective from the next annual pay review date (1st April).
