Backed by a global insurance group, they have built an excellent reputation for underwriting expertise, strong governance and operational excellence. As they continue to invest in their underwriting controls framework, they're looking to appoint an experienced Underwriting Audit Manager to lead this important function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Underwriting Audit or Underwriting Controls professional to step into a highly visible leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing the Underwriting Audit function while leading and developing a team of three Underwriting Auditors, making previous people management experience essential. Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, you'll ensure a robust underwriting control framework is maintained, oversee the underwriting audit programme and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
