Job description
Choice Housing is one of Northern Irelands leading housing associations, we employ over 500 people with a 50-year legacy of enriching lives through the provision of safe, high quality, and affordable homes. We manage over 14,000 homes and support around 40,000 tenants, delivering a wide range of housing solutions including general needs, sheltered housing, support accommodation, and homes for families with complex needs. Senior Clerk of Works 37 hours p/w Salary Scale:£39,496 £46,079pa Job Reference:SCoW/0726 The Senior Clerk of Works will act as Choices monitoring agent on construction quality, compliance, safety, and both traditional and modern methods of construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistent high standard. By championing best practice and innovation, the Senior Clerk of Works will play a key role in improving residents outcomes and strengthening Choices reputation for quality housing delivery.
