We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead a beautiful luxury elderly care home in Stockport. The Role As the Care Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience are consistently achieved. You will lead, motivate and develop your team while maintaining excellent occupancy levels, delivering strong financial performance, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care Strong knowledge of the elderly ...
