  • Drive business growth by developing client relationships, securing new opportunities, leading bids and tenders, and increasing regional revenue and market presence.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to key clients across healthcare, education, residential, defence, commercial, infrastructure and public sector portfolios.
  • Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting technical excellence, collaboration and professional development.
  • Oversee project delivery, governance, quality, financial performance and resource management, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable outcomes.
  • Contribute to regional business planning, growth targets and the continued development of a market-leading fire and building safety consultancy offering.

About you

  • Strong fire safety consultancy experience and technical knowledge of fire risk, compliance, Building Regulations and fire safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage clients and drive business growth.
  • Leadership, commercial and project management experience.
  • Relevant degree, relevant industry recognised accreditation / chartership such as MRICS/MIFSM/IFE, Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Desirable
  • Building Safety Act and Principal Designer experience.
  • Fire remediation programme delivery and framework management experience.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or similar accreditation.

Key Competencies
  • Technical fire safety expertise.
  • Leadership and team development.
  • Commercial and business development acumen.
