Job description

Fulltime: 37hrs per week
Proposed Interview Date: TBC

Help us keep homes safe healthy and well maintained across Norfolk.

Were looking for a practical people-focused Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Management this field-based role youll carry out property inspections and surveys across our housing stock identifying issues assessing risks and providing clear technical recommendations that help us plan effective works and improve the homes our tenants live in.

Youll undertake stock condition surveys damp and mould assessments HHSRS inspections Decent Homes reviews and mutual exchange inspections producing accurate reports and working closely with colleagues contractors and tenants to make sure follow-on works are properly scoped prioritised and delivered.

Were looking for someone with experience in property surveying building maintenance or housing asset management with strong defect diagnosis skills excellent communication and a commitment to delivering safe compliant and sustainable homes. Youll be confident working independently managing your workload and engaging professionally with tenants in their homes.

The Company

We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.

We manage over 6000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.

We offer specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults and are committed to providing new homes to help solve the housing crisis.
