About the role
Node4 seeks a skilled Data Platform Consultant with technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to deliver innovative data solutions. You’ll understand client needs, design and implement data architectures, and ensure high-quality data services that add business value. Node4 is a growing technology company valuing innovation, client satisfaction, and professional growth. You’ll work on exciting projects, develop skills, and significantly impact client success.

We work with diverse businesses, from fast-growing startups to large multinationals across various sectors. In the public sector, we deliver data implementation programmes for Central Government Departments, such as acting as the strategic data partner for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Our clients are mainly UK-based. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites and our UK offices for team gatherings.

The role mainly focuses on data platform and engineering workloads before visualisation/reporting, blending with our Analytics team to deliver holistic Data and Analytics solutions.

Along with these technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role involves daily direct communication with clients while designing and implementing data solutions, requiring the ability to build rapport, understand and advise our clients.
