Blue Note, one of the world's most iconic live music venues, is opening its first London home in Covent Garden.
We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious Commis Chefs who are passionate about food and eager to develop their culinary careers within a supportive, professional kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced chefs while contributing to one of London's most exciting new hospitality openings.
About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade with food preparation, mise en place and service while developing your technical skills in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.
Working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties, you will assist in producing exceptional dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a professional kitchen.
