Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing Location: Perthshire, Scotland Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days and Nights, 12-hour shifts) Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? I’m representing a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Perthshire, who are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their highly skilled Engineering Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and team development. The business has recently doubled in size, and plans to nearly double again within the next 24 months, creating opportunitites to progress! About the Role: As part of a collaborative Engineering Team, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a blend of preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance, along with involvement in engineering projects across the site. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production downtime is minimised, equipment is operating efficiently, and quality standards are upheld at all times. This role follows a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern – working both days and nights on 12-hour shifts.
