Hybrid working – Bristol office 1–2 days per week

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the business. Working closely with Finance Business Partners, you'll analyse key financial trends, provide timely management information, and contribute to monthly reporting packs to help support decision-making.

This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, gain exposure to both Group and practice-level performance, and play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insight.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the FP&A Manager with the annual budgeting process, including Group submissions and local practice budgets.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to develop robust and achievable budgets.
• Assist with the submission of monthly budget and forecast results to Group.
• Support the preparation of forecasts, analysing performance trends, seasonality, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial commentary for reporting packs, helping to explain business performance and key areas of focus.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to produce meaningful management information and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Represent Finance on business-wide strategic projects.
• Provide support on a range of ad hoc projects and initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or AAT).
• Experience using Hyperion and/or Oracle Financial Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and pivot tables.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Comfortable explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and building strong working relationships across the business.
• A strong storyteller, able to turn complex financial information into clear and engaging reporting packs for senior management.
• Experience working within a multi-site and/or matrix organisation would be advantageous.
