Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Roofer to join a repairs and maintenance team covering the Nottingham, Leicester and Derby areas. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties. We’re looking for a Roofer with a full driving licence and experience in construction or domestic housing. A van and fuel card will be provided along with a company mobile and uniform. \n\n
Duties Include:\n

- \n
- Carry out roof repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void domestic properties. \n
- Repair and replace roof tiles, slates, ridge tiles and associated roofing materials. \n
- Diagnose roofing defects, leaks and structural issues, providing effective repairs. \n
- Install and repair felt roofing systems, flashing, leadwork and waterproof membranes. \n
- Carry out guttering, fascia and soffit repairs and replacements. \n
- Perform minor roof renewals and planned maintenance works. \n
- Ensure all roofing work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations. \n
- Safely erect and work from ladders, access equipment and scaffolding. \n
