Job description
The Reward Senior Associate will deliver operational excellence, advanced analytics, and play a key role in multiple strategic projects across compensation and international mobility. This role is for someone wanting to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with exposure to high profile initiatives with opportunities to input into decision-making through providing data-driven insights, and process and policy improvement ideation. This position will also support in the delivery of Reward initiatives and mobility with broad opportunity to work on technology, design, analytics, process, and policy. What you will be doing: Reward Analytics & Insights * Develop and maintain advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis. * Support in the production of dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Excel) that facilitate leadership decisions. * Interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across reward programs. * Deliver accurate, timely reporting for senior stakeholders and regulatory requirements. Reward Operations * Prepare summaries and recommendations to support reward decisions. * Annual compensation review and pay-for-performance initiatives (testing, data preparation and validation, data analytics & reporting, communication support, query point person). * Complete benchmarking and market competitiveness analysis. * Assist in modelling bonus scenarios and long-term incentive calculations. * Apply job evaluation methodology to assess roles, support grading decisions, and maintain alignment with the organisation’s job architecture * Document processes and recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and compliance. Reward * Validate and prepare data for reward related system uploads. * Complete benchmarking and market competitiveness analysis. * Assist in modelling bonus scenarios and long-term incentive calculations. * Prepare summaries and recommendations for reward decisions. Project Delivery * Actively contribute to global projects such as: * Reward policy reviews and process optimization. * Integration of new systems or tools for reward data, planning and long-term incentive plans * Job Architecture development and roll out. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Stakeholder and Vendor Management * Act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to queries across a broad range of reward topics, and providing clear, accurate and consistent guidance. * Ensure accurate tracking of reward data and support compliance with internal policies and governance requirements. * Partner with vendors and external providers to support the delivery of efficient and high-quality services. What you will bring: * Strong technical reward knowledge and experience. * Experienced at least 2 end-to-end pay planning cycles and implementation/revision of a job architecture. * Experience in process development and optimisation. * Working experience in creating insights analysis and supporting dashboards within reward. * Comfortable working with complex data using advanced Excel and VBA skills and experience with Power BI. Working knowledge of HRSoft highly desirable. * Analytical Thinking: Expert in data interpretation and modelling. * Business Acumen: Understands global reward structures and frameworks. * Project Management: Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple initiatives. * Collaboration: Works effectively across geographies and functions.
