Carpentry Working Foreman / Multi-Trader with a Carpentry background required for an 8-10 week School project over the Summer Holidays. Sites are across Bristol / Nailsea.
\n\nWhat is required for the position?:
\nTickets: SSSTS / SMSTS and 1st aid
\nPPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
\nExperience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Foreman / Carpenter on other construction projects
\nReferences: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
\n\nJob role:
\nYour role as a Working Foreman will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries
\n\nType of project that require a Carpenter:
\n\nThe works will vary across different school summer holiday projects, toilet refurbishments, extensions, classroom and general school refurbishments
\n\nPay:
\nCIS / UTR
\nWeekly pay on a Friday
\n£25 Per Hour
\n\n\nOther information:
\nContract length: 8-10 weeks - potential for a permanent position if you get on well
\nWorking hours: 7.30 - 4.30pm
\nWeekend work available
