Thompsons Solicitors is expanding our respected Industrial Disease team in Leeds Birmingham Newcastle Bristol and the North West and were looking for a Senior Lawyer whos ready to make a real impact on both clients and colleagues.
Our team represents individuals affected by serious occupational illnesses including NIHL HAVS occupational asthma WRULD stress-related conditions and other complex disease claims. Many clients are navigating lifechanging circumstances and were proud to deliver a service that is both technically excellent and deeply human.
Youll manage a varied highvalue Multi Track caseload from initial instruction through to trial developing strategy investigating complex evidence and litigating confidently.
As a senior lawyer in the team youll also play a key part in supervising and supporting colleagues. Youll provide technical guidance help shape case strategies and contribute to maintaining best practice across the team.
While this isnt a formal line management role your expertise mentorship and collaborative style will help others grow and strengthen the team as a whole.
