Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Production Team Leader opportunity in Northampton for a client. We are looking for people with a strong capability of developing teams and tracking performances. You will be responsible for leading teams to ensure targets are achieved, whilst maintaining an efficient and safe working environment.
\nYou will need your own transport as our client are based in a rural location.
\nReports to: Production Manager
\nHours: This role starts with daytime hours 8.30am - 5pm and then transitions to night shift 10pm - 6am towards end of 2026.
\nPay: £32,000 - £35,000 + shift premium
