Job description
Location: Lagan Valley Leisureplex Permanent Salary: Scale 5, NJC Spinal Column Points 14-19 £29,540 - £32,061 per annum pro rata (plus employer pension contribution) Deliver better lives for all, whilst enhancing your career. The postholder will be required to assist the manager on duty with the organisation and supervision of all aspects of operational staff duties and to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness and general customer care are maintained at all times. On a shift basis, provide frontline supervision, dealing with daily operational developments including supervision of facility users, deployment of employees, employee cover, rotation of duties, meal breaks, issue of equipment and other materials, and directing specific tasks. The post holder will undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the manager on duty including cover for sickness, leave or staff vacancies and will deputise for the manager on duty as required. The post for which you are applying is regulated and therefore a conviction can never become 'spent' and you must declare any previous convictions in the relevant section of the application form. As part of the pre-employment checks we will complete an enhanced Access NI check with children's barred list.
