We have an excellent new role for an International Sales Order Administrator to join a highly successful global company in their central Birmingham offices, which acts as the head of their UK operations.
In this fast-paced and challenging International Sales Order Administrator position, you will be responsible for dealing with initial enquiries from potential customers, managing their sales orders from start to finish. Logging and tracking orders on the live CRM system, you will monitor delivery dates and coordinate international shipping logistics, acting as the customers main point of contact throughout the process. Utilising your truly service-led attitude, you will act as the voice of the customer, always going the extra mile to ensure that they are satisfied at all times.
Providing a first-class customer experience to every customer, both over the phone and across all other channels of communication, you will use your initiative to think quickly on your feet in any given situation.
