Job description
ALF Recruit is delighted to have been retained exclusively on a genuinely exciting project building a brand-new team of four Sales Professionals for a new regional office, as a well-established property company launches into Newcastle for the first time. This isn't just a new job. It's the chance to be one of the founding team members shaping how this business operates in a brand-new city, with the backing, training and career opportunity of a much larger, established group behind you. What you'll get * £30,000 – £35,000 base salary, depending on experience * Uncapped commission - average earners bring in around £1,600 a month (roughly £20,000 a year) on top of base, taking OTE to £50,000+, with high performers earning considerably more * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Your choice of gym membership or private healthcare * Full, structured training - with initial training delivered in London, Monday to Friday, all travel and accommodation covered by the company * Genuine career progression across the group, including Opening, Closing and future team leadership routes Why this is a great opportunity This is a genuine chance to build a career in property, not just take another sales job.
