I'm currently working with a highly regarded professional services firm looking to appoint an M&A Tax Assistant Manager to join its growing Transactions Tax team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager looking to specialise in M&A, or an existing Transactions Tax professional looking to further develop their career within a high-performing team.
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of transactions, working with a variety of clients including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies and larger corporate groups. The role offers the opportunity to be involved in complex advisory work, develop your technical expertise and work alongside experienced specialists.
The RoleAs an M&A Tax Assistant Manager, you'll support the delivery of transaction tax projects, working closely with senior team members, clients and wider advisory teams.
Responsibilities will include:
You'll ideally be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in UK Corporate Tax and an interest in Transaction Tax.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager looking for a move into M&A, or someone already working in Transaction Tax who wants to join a growing national team.
